What do you sell?

Though our specialty is customized stationery shower favors, personalized with each guest’s name, we also do individual orders of stationery, party invitations, announcements & labels. We also do custom print requests, whether you are looking for business stationery, gift labels, gift certificates, or something else. We take all inquiries!

What size & type of card stock do you use?

Most stationery, invitations & announcements are printed on high quality {20% recycled post-consumer fiber} 80# matte card stock, size 4.25 x 5.5 inches. Our photo announcements and invitations are printed at a professional photo lab, on high quality photo paper.

Are envelopes included, and what color are they?

Yes, envelopes are included with all stationery, announcements & invitations. We have envelopes to match almost every color in our palette, so they will almost always be color-coordinated with your design. We do have a few colors that are hard to find, and therefore require a small mark-up on the set price. We will only offer this as an alternative to another color that would be built into the set price. We also have several colors in our palette that are difficult to match. In these instances, we include white envelopes.  White envelopes are included with photo announcements and invitations.

What if I am looking for a particular theme that I don’t see in your portfolio?

By all means, contact me if you have a special request. It may be that I already have something like what you are looking for, but just have not posted it to the portfolio yet. If I don’t already have it, I can always do a custom design for you. There is a space for custom requests in my order form.

What are your shipping rates?

All orders are shipped via US Postal Service.
Order subtotal $12 to $24 = $3.00 Standard Shipping
Order subtotal $25 to $49 = $5.50 Standard Shipping
Order subtotal $50 to $99 = $8.00 Standard Shipping
Order subtotal $100 or higher = FREE Standard Shipping
*** Rush Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and will incur an additional $4.00 in shipping charges.
*** These rates are based on one delivery address for the entire order. If you have more than one delivery address, additional shipping fees may be charged.

How long will my order take?

Orders require a minimum of 5 business days for design, printing & shipment. You can expect to receive your printed order within 2-3 weeks of placing your order, provided the proofing process emails are answered by you promptly, as needed. If you need your order sooner than 3 weeks, you will be charged the Rush Order shipping fee of $4.00.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Because all of our work is personalized and made to order, we do all of our invoicing manually, through PayPal. You may choose to pay with a debit or credit card or funded PayPal account. If you are not entirely comfortable with PayPal, we are more than happy to accept a personal check. Please note that we will not be able to start your project until your check has cleared.

When is payment due?

Once we receive your order inquiry, we will follow up with a PayPal invoice. The full balance is due before we begin your design. If you wish to cancel your order once the design process has begun, we will retain 50% of the balance as a cancellation fee.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products & services, we are not able to accept returns, unless the product is damaged or defective, or we made an error on your order. Please contact us if something is wrong with your order & we’ll be happy to correct it for you.

Do you offer special wrapping services for gift orders?

Gift orders may be packaged in our luxurious chocolate brown organza gift bags, for an additional $1.50. Please note that this is only available for stationery sets of 6, 12 & 24. Larger orders may be wrapped in chocolate brown tissue & tied with a coordinating ribbon for $2.00. We can also add a personal note & ship directly to your gift recipient.

Will my personal information be shared with anyone?

Paperluxe Studio cares about you and your personal integrity. We will only use your personal information for stationery, invitation and/or announcement designs, as well as shipping purposes. We will not share, rent or sell your email address or personal information to anyone.
